Are now you truly happy? Do you even know what it means to be happy and what you must to do to achieve happiness? Happiness is a feeling of inner peace and satisfaction which comes from the inside, and triggered by outer events. All people can make their daily life happier than before, it is just about the choice and depends of our attitude, what thing already we did today,it makes us feel happy or unhappy. It's depends on your self.
Here are a few tips for increasing happiness in daily life:
1. Understand what thing that will make you happy. Everyone has different requirements for achieve their happiness and what thing makes one person happy may be very different from what thing makes someone else happy. Dont worried if what thing makes you happy is very different with your peers, because each of us is a unique person and dont same with other.
2. Endeavor to change the way you look at things. Always look at the positive side. Our mind may drag you to think about the negativity and difficulties. Don't let your mind drag you think about it. Always look at the good and positive side of every situation you passed.
3. Surround yourself with happy people. The people around you will affect all thing about you. If you are around angry, depresed or sad, that feel will transfer to you. It is also easy to begin to think negatively when you are surrounded by people who think that way. Conversely, if you are around people who are happy their emotional state will be infectious and you will also learn their habit, and learn to react the way what they will do when something bad happens to their. And it will change your negative act replace with the positive ones.
4.Spend a few minutes each day thinking about the things that make you happy and gratitute it. It is a good practice to have a daily gratitute session. Do something different to say THANK YOU to someone makes you happy today. It's have many affect, you will be happy because you get many special things today and it will make you more closely with someone which make you happy today.
5.Count your blessings and accept all things in our lives.When something bad happens to your self, try not to focus about it. Instead, take a minute to count your blessings, what thing already you get because God loves to us. And start to accept things as they are,try to understand all about you, and allow yourself to be yourself,not other. Everyone always has many good things in their lives, whether it is our health or loved ones or whatever thing in our live, that's all our blessings.
6. Think of solutions, not the problems.
Dont always thinking about your problems, move to the next step: how to solve it. When someone says to me, "Oh, this is so hard," or "Oh, I this is my bigest problem", just ask them, "Well, what's the solution of it?" or said to yor self "Hey problems, i have a BIG God to do my small problems" If you think solution-oriented , you'll be much happier than before.

Whether you treat yourself to lunch and eating something you love, watching your favorite program on TV, going to a movie take a long, relaxing bath or simply spend a few extra minutes on your appearance you will be subconsciously putting yourself in a better mood.
10. Each day does at least one act to make others happy. Just do the simple thing, like helping your colleagues, giving your seat in a bus to someone else, or giving a small present to someone you love.
11. Do not envy people who are happy, because jealously doesn't help you. On the contrary, be happy for their happiness and then focused on yourself.

That is some tips about how to get the happiness in our life, which I get from book, magazine, internet, and also from my experience. And I try to incorporate this above into my life and have had great success in achieving happiness. The tips in this article are small but meaningful steps that you can take each day to lead you to true happiness.
