Insomnia? What is that? And how to resolve it?
I would define insomnia as Insomnia is a trouble falling or staying asleep. Many kind of insomnia, Some people who have insomnia may have trouble falling asleep, but other people may fall asleep easily but wake up too soon and it can also be defined as poor sleep, where the insomniac wakes up several times at night and so does not get enough rest. And the conclusion is, insomnia may cause you to get too little sleep or have poor-quality sleep, and it makes you not feel refreshed when you wake up from your sleep like other person.
Are u insomniac? I try to give you some solution, but this solution not a guarantee you will have a pleasure sleep tonight, just try it, and I hope you will get a good quality sleep,.^^
1.Warm bath for your self
It's a great way to make your body relax , do warm bath around 3 hours before you want to go sleep. But don't overdo it, because the thing need to relax is your body, and if too long in hot water and your body will be drained of vitality.
2.Listen to Music before you get a sleep
Listen soft music, like a jazz or acoustic music which you have, soothing music that will lull you to sleep and it make fresh your mind about what already happen today. But if you don't have a CD player, or headset that will automatically turn off the music, I don't suggest this, because when you will get a sleep you have to get up and turn it off and at the end, you obviously lost its effect.
3.Drink Warm Milk
Many person and doctor already said to me, "If you want to get a sleep well, make warm milk" A glass of warm milk (not a cold milk) which you drink 15 minutes before going to bed will soothe your nervous system and it will make you relax.
4.Drink herb Tea
My friends and the doctor ask me, "Do you love milk? Do you afraid become fat? If you said yes, Try a cup of hot herb tea." All things contain natural ingredients, it will help to soothe and help you get to sleep.

I suggest you to have A bedtime snack before you want to go sleep, and i think it's must have low protein and contain high carbohydrate , such as juice and cookies, eat the bedtime snack about an hour before bedtime, and i hope it's can help you fall asleep sooner.

Avoid naps during the day. If you sleep during the day, your body may not be as tired as necessary to get to sleep at night and it makes you stay awake at the night.

7. Keep Routine Bedtime Hours
Your body likes regular routines, the problem is whether you do it or not. Your body like to going to get up at the same time, eat at the same times, and go to bed at the same time. Not very exciting, but it comfortable for your body. So pick a reasonable and regular time to go to bed each night, and stick to it. And I suggest to you to getting up one-half hour earlier (or even more) than you really have to, and it make you more tired at night and it makes you get to sleep well.
8. Don't Watch TV or Reading a book before going to bed
Wait at least one-half hour (preferably longer) before going to bed after reading or watching television. The reason is we always be a passively person when we watch television, or reading a book. And our minds always being stimulated about what we watch and read. Over stimulated mind is the reason why we keep awake at night.

9. Deep Breathing if you want to sleep
If you want to go to sleep, deep breathing as you can for three times. Because with deep breathing can minimize your tense and providing more oxygen to our bodies, energizing and rejuvenating every organ and cell in our bodies.
10. Keep Your Bed a Place for Sleep
Okay, and maybe for one other thing. But not for working, reading, watching television or whatever else occupies you in the evening. Let your mind and body identify bed with sleeping.

If you wake up after you get a sleep in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep within 30 minutes, get up from your bed and avoid as much light as possible. Because light will only stimulate your brain’s and wake your nervous system.

That’s some solution and tips which I can give to you, because I’m an insomniac too and I try to do that’s solution, and believe it or not, now I can have a pleasure sleep. Try if you want to have it too. ^^
